Goals and Programs:
* Researching in Islam legal system
* Understanding Islam legal system and presenting its practical models
* Presenting practical and scientific methods to accomplish Islam legal system
* Understanding and criticizing other legal schools and systems
* Researching and explaining Jurisprudential sciences (as Jurisprudence, Philosophy of Jurisprudence, Philosophy of Rules, Principles of Jurisprudence, and Foundations of Jurisprudence)
* Developing and deepening Jurisprudential sciences and researching in modern subjects and necessities of Muslim societies
* Finding pathology of dubieties in Jurisprudential sciences and responding to them
* Finding pathology of theoretical and practical aspects of legal system of Islamic Republic of Iran
