Head of IICT:
The head of IICT holds the highest managerial position that is responsible for leading the activities, making decisions, managing major actions, and coordinating different departments with each other. He is in charge of choosing and appointing vice presidents, heads of faculties and departments, and officials of related institutes. Professor Dr. Ali Akbar Rashad has been the head of IICT since its establishment in 1994.
