Law and Jurisprudence Department
Goals and Programs:
· Researching in Islam legal system
· Understanding Islam legal system and presenting its practical models
· Presenting practical and scientific methods to accomplish Islam legal system
· Understanding and criticizing other legal schools and systems
· Researching and explaining Jurisprudential sciences (as Jurisprudence, Philosophy of Jurisprudence, Philosophy of Rules, Principles of Jurisprudence, and Foundations of Jurisprudence)
· Developing and deepening Jurisprudential sciences and researching in modern subjects and necessities of Muslim societies
· Finding pathology of dubieties in Jurisprudential sciences and responding to them
· Finding pathology of theoretical and practical aspects of legal system of Islamic Republic of Iran
