Goals and programs
* Pursuit and development of the key research on the principles and the logic of exploring religion and formulating its specific Methods.
* Analysis, pathology, review and renewal of the rich Islamic legacy in the scope of methodology of understanding and realizing religion.
* Review and criticism of the new and contemporary principles and theories on the methodology of understanding religion; especially the ideas presented on the hermeneutics, semantics, semiotics, linguistics and similar fields; and consequently, acquiring valid and acceptable results for applying in the study of religion.
* Comparative study of the disciplines and the ideas in the scope of “the logic of understanding and realizing religion”, and answering the questions in this field.
